Case Study – Carson’s Electrical Cabinet Customer Jason

Today, I’ll share the experience of cooperation between E-abel, the top electrical cabinet manufacturer, and Jason, the largest electrical contractor of the Singapore government.

Throughout the period, I summarize the two keys to winning Jason’s trust and getting their electrical cabinet order:

1.Receive Jason's Electrical Cabinet Inquiry

After visiting eabel.com and knowing E-abel is a reliable electrical cabinet manufacturer in September 2021, Jason inquired about their regular product: DIN Type Feeder Pillar, one type of assembled electrical cabinet.

2.Jason's Electrical Cabinet Sample Order

In October 2021, I showed some of E-abel’s electrical cabinets and the successful project experience to Jason.

The items and project I showed fully met their demand, and our successful experience received their respect, so we finally got their trust and the sample order, even though they thought the price of the electrical cabinet was a little high.

3.Visit E-abel's Factory.

In mid-November 2021, Jason and his team came to China. They receive my invitation to visit our electrical enclosure manufacturing factory and discuss the new technique of manufacturing electrical cabinets.

It’s our honor to get their praise for the high-quality electrical cabinet, the strict standard production process, and the advanced, complete equipment for electrical cabinet manufacturing.

4.E-abel's Innovation Won Jason's Admiration

Some samples are slightly different from Jason’s current electrical cabinet due to the difference between E-abel’s production technique and theirs.

Our engineer explained why and how our bending process could help them save material cost by double-thickening the metal plate’s thickness without affecting its load-bearing capacity.

Jason and his team accepted the innovation, and our electrical engineering team won their admiration.
